Presently, the UABA convenes an annual convention for its members and guests at a venue that is conducive to discussions on timely legal topics of interest. Customarily, the meetings are held in the mid autumn months of October or November.  Over the past years, the UABA has held over 50 conventions at various venues in the US, Canada, Caribbean, Central Europe and in Ukraine.  Elections of the governing bodies of the UABA are held at these conventions on a biannual basis.  The location of each convention is determined by late winter of each calendar year with notices disseminated by May. Every effort is made to select venues that are economical, easily accessible for all our American and international members, yet interesting and exotic enough to entice attendance and yet be an appropriate environment for serious dialogue and discussion.
